Dr. Mujumdar laid the foundation of the Symbiosis International Educational Centre in the year 1971. In the past 36 years, Symbiosis has extended to over 27 institutions spread over 8 campuses. • For taking admission into the full time courses at any of the Symbiosis institutes, candidates have to appear for a common admission test, known as SNAP. The candidates who qualify the test are called for group discussions and personal interviews, on the basis of which admissions are finally given.
• For distance learning programs, the candidate needs to be a graduate from any recognized university (for two-year diplomas) and/or diploma holders from any recognized university (for six-month certificate course).
